Executive with Career focused on Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning and Agricultural and Livestock Production;
Agronomist with Post Graduation in Corporate Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (“FGV”).
EVALDO CARVALHO
Professional with wide experience as Sales Technical Representative (“RTV”), Regional Manager and Commercial Director in large companies of the market;
Agronomist graduated at Centro Universitário Integrado, with MBA in Business Management by Fundação Dom Cabral.
DANIEL DIAS
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Specialized in the areas of management, sales, marketing, strategy, business development, products and international partnerships;
As an employee, many years working in field, middle management and board positions in large companies and cooperatives in the areas of Crop Protection and Fertilizers;
As a consultant, extensive work in opening and creating several national and international companies and market access models in Brazilian Agribusiness;
Agricultural Engineer (UNITAU – Taubaté) and MBA – Master Business Administration (ESADE – Barcelona).

Agriconnection managing partner to the Southeast region, graduated in Agribusiness and Agronomic Engineering;
Experience in different jobs, offices and companies of the industry.
VINICIUS PATERNEZ
Professional with wide experience as Commercial Manager, in charge of management in different states of the country. In 2021, he started the Agriconnection Essentials project;
Agronomist graduated at Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, with MBA in Agribusiness by USP/ESALQ.
VALDEVINO REZENDE
Agronomist graduated at Faculdade Anhanguera Educacional ROO/MT;
Professional with wide experience in Commercial Supervision, where he actuated as manager in different states of the country. In January 2023, he got associated to the Agriconnection Essentials project.
RENATO ARANTES
Agricultural Technician and Agronomist (Unesp, FCAVJ Jaboticabal, SP), with an MBA in Business Management and Human Development of Managers from FGV, MBA in Administration and Leadership from UFRRJ, specializations in Marketing in Agribusiness from ESPM and Administration and Leadership from Hult Ashidge.
RAFAEL SIMÕES DE ALMEIDA
Agricultural Engineer from Unesp Botucatu/Southeastern Community College Iowa – USA, MBA Marketing FGV Campinas and more than 18 years of career in the commercial and marketing area.
Experiences in multinationals such as: Monsanto, Clause Limagrain, BASF, Agrosema, Nutrien Ag Solutions and Mosaic Fertilizers.
Acting as RTV, Partner, Regional Manager and Market Access Manager with more than 10 years of experience in management within the distribution of inputs and market access manager at Mosaic Fertilizers for Brazil and Paraguay.
